Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint: Senior UX Researcher
During my time on the OneDrive, SharePoint and Viva Connections teams in addition to doing everyday research, I have spearheaded a new method for annual benchmark studies, started a new customer interaction program for engineers to meet one-on-one with customers, and started and maintained a customer program with Fortune 500 companies that allows feature crews to get feedback on early-stage ideas.​
